by manual I think you meant to say “spring.” And yes, electric guns have the capability to fire both fully-automatic or semi-automatic. Spring guns must be re-cocked between each shot. As to quality, it varies. Any electric gun under $100 will be garbage. Depending on your budget, stay with spring if you can’t spend over $100. Get an electric (AEG) if your budget is over $100.
