AIR FORCE RESERVE Traditional Reserve/Individual Mobilization Augmentee 4.1 Who will provide family support servicing to reservists and their families at the time of base closure?
The Air Force Reserve family support office that is closest to the closing installation will assume point-of-contact responsibilities. On stand-alone bases, additional manpower will be critical to delivery these services. Airmen on co-located bases will need to work closely with the Active Duty family support center. Active-Duty family support centers on co-located bases will need to plan for additional staffing to service the total-force community. Airmen also may use the Air Force One Source Web site at: www.airforceonesource.com.
