What could cause that? Check the inlet valve for leaking, dirt, wear, and damage. The float in the carburetor may be damaged or need adjustment, or the float needle valve may not be functioning properly. Also check to see if the carburetor vent is blocked. to the top I turn the key and hit the gas and get nothing. First check to see that the neutral lockout cam is the in the right position. Check fuses and battery.
