Sorry, I cannot help on the headlamps parts. All lenses were clear originally and turned that lavender hue with age. You can use whatever will fit. I think the 11B should fit fine. Finally, I have managed to gather all the necessary data for replacing the broken cylinder. In the attached zip file you’ll find a number of pictures of the engine and of the car. Also a technical document/drawing is enclosed with the cylinder dimensions. In the technical drawing some tolerance (due to rounding/unit conversion – errors) should be taken into account.
