After uninstalling BugControl, I cannot delete the BugControl folders, why?

Before you uninstall BugControl, you need to stop the BugControl service. Right click on the taskbar and select Task Manager to start the Windows Task Manager and search for two processes: tomcat5.exe and mysqld-nt.exe. End these two processes. You can now delete the BugControl folders.
