Once the City Council and City Engineer’s Statement’s have been completed, and all record owner’s have signed and been Notarized, it is now the responsibility of your Title Company to process the map from the City Engineer’s Office to the County Treasurer- Tax Collector’s Office for verification of tax payment or bond. Once the County Treasurer- Tax Collector has signed the certificate, the Title Company will again be responsible for processing the map to the County Surveyor’s Office for final review prior to recordation.
