Once you have chosen a prospective adoptive family, you and your counselor will have an opportunity to discuss the specific details of your adoption plan. These may include what youd like your relationship to be during your hospital stay and following placement in the adoptive familys home. You will also discuss whether or not you will consider placing your child with the family directly from the hospital, if you would like to place the baby in Cradle Care or make an alternative arrangement that will meet your needs. Once again, we will be there to support you. You, the adoptive couple, and your counselor will work together to make arrangements that feel comfortable for all of you.
