A. No. The RG/RRG stamp is not valid for taking a deer during the muzzleloader season. Hillcrest WMA and Wilson Cove Study Area have an antlered deer bag limit of one. The only manner in which two muzzleloader deer could be take on Hillcrest WMA is if the first deer taken with a muzzleloader was an antlerless deer, then an RM/RRM stamp could be used to take an antlered deer.
