After submitting the application, what is the next step?
The application process has two stages. First, the completed application will be reviewed. The applicant will be notified by mail if they are eligible for the program. The second stage involves a series of face-to-face interviews between the applicant and a support worker. This happens when the applicant has come to the top of the wait list and is intended to further assess their eligibility. At each stage, if an applicant is deemed not eligible, they will receive notification clearly outlining the reasons.
