After submitting my credit card information, the Authorizing Payment page stays on my screen for a long time (more than a few minutes). Why?
First, check to see if your browser is compatible with JavaScript and set to have JavaScript (or Active Scripting) enabled. If you are using Microsoft Explorer 5.5 or higher, go to the Tools menu item, select Internet Options, click on the Security tab and select the Custom Level button. Scroll down to Scripting: Active Scripting and make sure that Enable is selected. If you are using Netscape Navigator 4.75 and higher, select Edit from your browser menu, select Preferences, select Advanced and select Scripts & Plugins. Make sure that Enable JavaScript for Navigator is checked. If you have a different browser, use the Help feature to search for JavaScript or Scripting.
