After posting an event on HKUEMS, where and when will my event be displayed?

HKU internal and public events will be displayed on HKU Portal immediately after being posted on HKUEMS. Public events will be displayed on HKU homepage 1 hour after being posted on HKUEMS. Public events which are submitted to “Weekly Notice for Media” will be posted on Friday afternoon. (Check ERO’s “Weekly Notice for Media” web site for details.) If you make use of the “Event URLs” specific for your department’s events, events will be shown on these URLs immediately after they are posted.
