C heck to see whether E-Lock has been installed properly; Plug and unplug the “E-Lock” repeatedly; or use another USB interface of your computer; Unplug other USB devices from the computer temporarily, then plug in the E-Lock USB Key again; Logoff current user, then plug in the” E-Lock” again; or reboot your computer system, then plug in the E-Lock USB Key again;
