After my software product receives the “A” grade from SET, how long does it take for the product to receive its Actual Completion Date (ACD)?
While your product is in testing, SET sends the product paperwork to Technical Publishing so they can create a Software Description (Note: the Project Manager is responsible for working with Technical Publishing to ensure that a Software Description has been created and approved). Technical Publishing will also handle the Export coding for the product When SET announces that the product has been given the “A” grade, the Software Tester will send the package in the interoffice pouch to the Software Center in Charlotte. The Center will determine that all paperwork is complete and that Technical Publishing has received the approved Software Description from the Project Manager. If everything is in place, the product will receive the ACD within three to seven business days of it receiving the “A” grade. The product will then be ready for download from epri.com or by hard copy when requested by customer. • Who do I contact if I have questions about customer/member eligibility? For questions
