After my organization has been awarded a subgrant, how are the subgrant funds distributed?
After a subgrant is awarded, the original subgrant application begins the signature process (to be approved and signed by PCCD’s Executive Director, PCCD’s Chief Counsel, State Attorney General’s office and General Counsel’s office – if the subgrant is over $1,000,000, and lastly Executive Offices’ Comptroller’s Office). Once these signatures have been obtained, the subgrant is fully executed and the first payment is initiated if there are no special conditions attached to the award. The first payment may be held if there are unsatisfied special conditions that require your organization’s attention. Any special conditions will be relayed to your organization on the official award letter and will be available to view in Egrants. After the first payment, remaining payments are based on PCCD’s receipt of all required reports via Egrants. For specific payment information on a subgrant, refer to the Payment Terms Section in your Egrants project.
