After MMRV has been reconstituted, where should the vaccine be stored?

0

You should not reconstitute the vaccine until it is needed. If you reconstitute a dose and then find the patient does not need it, you have 30 MINUTES FROM THE TIME OF RECONSTITUTION to administer the vaccine or it must be discarded. During those few minutes, the vaccine could be kept in the refrigerator and must be protected from light. Never refreeze reconstituted vaccine.
