If your network connection passes through a proxy that needs authentication, please open a command prompt window, go to the path where the Secunia CSI is installed, and launch Secunia CSI with the following command: csi.exe -x proxy:port If you also need to specify the proxy authentication, launch Secunia CSI with the following command: csi.exe -x proxy:port -U username:password In order to get a more verbose error message, start Secunia CSI from the command prompt with logging options.
