Your multiplexer probably requires a firmware update. The firmware program and the firmware files can be downloaded directly from the ICM website. The CAN & Main Board Hardware files are in zip format, when you double click on them they self extract to the relevant folders. The firmware program is used to send these files to the Winstar Ultraplexer.
