This situation is a bit tricky and more information is required to what the user has done. Situation 1: You have just install the timemachine and immediately this occurs, you may need to set your “disable a drive” option to “enable a drive” option (See Q16 of FAQ section.) Situation 2: Someone may try to hack into your system when you click enable a drive as the option, refer to technical support hotline at +65 7328871 immediately.
