After installing the drivers, the FireServe Configuration Utility says Error 10. What causes this?
Error 10 shows up in two cases. First, if you are using Windows 95, it most likely means you have an IRQ conflict between hardware devices in your computer. If you are using Windows 98, this may also happen if there’s no received signal from our transmitters (like if you have not yet connected your antenna or don’t have it pointed in the general direction of our transmitters). Error 10 is a generic error code issued by Windows when it thinks a hardware device isn’t working properly (equivalent to a yellow exclamation mark appearing next to the device in the Control Panel’s Hardware Device Manager).
