Error 10 shows up in two cases. First, if you are using Windows 95, it most likely means you have an IRQ conflict between hardware devices in your computer. If you are using Windows 98, this may also happen if there’s no received signal from our transmitters (like if you have not yet connected your antenna or don’t have it pointed in the general direction of our transmitters).
