After installing Open MG Jukebox 1.x over my RealJukebox 2 Basic for Sony, I am no longer able to transfer with RealJukebox 2 Basic for Sony. How do I recover from this situation?
RealJukebox 2 Basic for Sony is not compatible with OpenMG Jukebox 1.x. If you have OpenMG Jukebox 1.x installed on your system you will need to uninstall it before installing RealJukebox 2 Basic for Sony.
