After I upload a device into NDOR using the Upload facility why can I not see the uploaded device in “My Organisations Devices”?
You need to change the view you are looking at. On the “My Organisation’s Devices” page check the Pending box and uncheck ‘View my Organisations devices’. Click the ‘View Devices I’ve requested’ command button. You should now see your uploaded devices. NOTE: An Uploaded device is not assigned to an Organisation. On Upload the only device fields populated are Comments, CFSName, MacAddress and Requestor.
