After I submit a Search Request Form, how many applications will SoftSearch tell me about?
If you have submitted a Search Request Form asking us to find software applications based on a feature set, we will usually find between 4 and 8 applications that look like they will be suitable. Depending on the nature of your request, we may find more or fewer products that look like they will do what you need. There may be some cases where, for whatever reason, we cannot find anything that looks like it will meet your needs. In these cases we will contact you to let you know, and to discuss the available options. If you have provided us with a software product name, we will send you information on that one product. If it is the case that there are multiple products with the same name, we will send you information on all of them so that you can pick the one that is right for you.
