Leads are tracked through the Lead Index (Leads Page), as well as through email alerts: 1. Icons on the Lead Index distinguish between brand new leads (closed envelope, bold text, red exclamation point), existing leads with new correspondence from the consumer (closed envelope, bold text, WITHOUT red exclamation point), leads that have been read, but not responded to (open envelope, normal text), and leads that have been read and responded to (no icon, normal text). 2. 2.
