If your PC is not working, you can view a KeyLink Map by plugging in the backup USB key into a different computer and opening up the Backup file which will identify for you which apartment is associated with each key in each slot/row/drawer. If you are using the KeyLink-Network software version that includes WebAccess, you can also lookup this information on any computer by logging in to your online WebAccess database and displaying or searching the KeyLink Keymap.
