If DataBull setup does not work on your computer it usually means there is something wrong with your computer system. There 3 known system problems that can cause this error. 1) You didn’t close all programs running in the background. Shut them all down and try to install again. This will solve the problem in 90% of the cases. 2) The computers temporary directory is not on the system drive. 3) There is more than one version of MSVBVM60.DLL on your computer. To check for condition (2) do the SET command from a command prompt dialog. This will list the setting of all environment variables on your computer including the TEMP variable. TEMP must point to a directory on the same drive that Windows is installed on. Instructions for correcting this setting are in the Microsoft Knowledge Base. To check for condition (3) right click My Computer on your desktop and select Find. Then search you computer for MSVBVM60.DLL. There should only be one copy of this DLL on your computer. On Windows 95/98
