The PrimeAlert for iPlanet Portal Server utilizes the iPlanet Gateway “checkport” script usually found in $BASE_DIR/bin where BASE_DIR is /opt/SUNWips by default. This utility is only installed if the iPlanet Gateway component is installed. Copy the “checkport” utility from the host where the iPlanet Gateway is installed and place it in the same directory on the host where iPlanet Portal Server is installed and running. 17.
