After I installed an update to the BSDI Client Software I get a “Version Info” error when I start any of the programs. What is wrong?

This error occurs if you attempt to upgrade a version prior to 10.6 of the BSDI Client Software to the latest release. To rectify this issue you will first have to uninstall the BSDI Client Software. Click here to download instructions on how to uninstall the Client Software. Once you have the Client Software uninstalled, you will need to install an intermediate update prior to installing the latest release. Click here to access the Intermediate Upgrade page.
