Just having the iPhone doesn’t mean you have an account, but it’s easy to create an Urbanspoon account from either the iPhone or on the web site, and then to remain signed into that same account from both. It’s probably a little easier to create your account on the web site, and then you can use that same account on the iPhone. Here’s the page to create your account: http://www.urbanspoon.com/u/create.
