A. Inactive users cannot log in to DMM, regardless of their assigned user role. To confirm that the user account is active: 1. Do one of the following: •On the DMM dashboard, click Administration. •Choose Administration from the global navigation. 2. Click the Users tab, and then select Options > Edit User. 3. From the Active list, cloose Active, and then click Save.
