After I have selected “Attach files to e-mail” option, I do not always get my converted files via e-mail. Whats wrong?

Use the option to “Attach files to e-mail” for small files. Some e-mail servers have a file size limit of 5 MB and will block e-mails with large attachments. If you are not sure about your file size limit, do not use the option to “Attach files to e-mail”. You will be provided with hyperlink to download your files directory.
