After I have completed SimCheck VIP training program do I have to pay extra for the advanced turbine or jet transition course?

A. No, it’s included in the training curriculum. SimCheck uses 50 hours of simulator time towards your commercial pilot certificate. The 50 hours is either jet transition or a turboprop transition course. If you are starting with a private with 40 hours and are trained under our 250 hour VIP training program, you will get the turbine transition course as part of your commercial license. With 250 hours you will not qualify for the jet regional airlines. You will have to go into a time building internship with one of our time building airlines. Upon completion you will have close to 500 hours and then you will go through jet transition course. If you pass the jet transition course you will receive a completion certificate and a recommendation to interview with a regional jet airline of your choice or our recommendations.
