After I enter new Dynamics GP Registration Keys I receive an error stating that my EthoTech Registration Keys are invalid. How do I resolve this?
EthoTech products are licensed based on the Dynamics GP version, the site name, and the Dynamics GP user count. If you change your site name, you’ll need to obtain new registration keys from EthoTech when you enter the Dynamics GP registration keys for the new site name. If your new Dynamics GP registration keys set your Dynamics GP user count greater than your EthoTech user count, you’ll need to obtain new registration keys from EthoTech for the increased users – this will require a user count upgrade fee. Please note that EthoTech can issue new registration keys only if your EthoTech enhancement plan is current.
