First, make sure you hit the green refresh button on the right side of the BottomLine. If that doesn’t work, try exiting the BottomLine and then relaunching it. If that still doesn’t work, it’s possible you have cookies disabled. The BottomLine uses cookies to store your preferences on your machine. To see if you have cookies enabled, go to this site and scroll down until you see the cookies line item. If it says ‘CookiesEnabled > True’ you are fine. If it says ‘CookiesEnabled > False’, you must re-enable your cookies in Internet Explorer.
