After I configured my handheld for Direct Push Mail, the Active Sync program gets stuck in a loop and keeps trying to resynchronize. What can I do?
You probably have a Cortado Standard account and enabled the “Calendar” option under the data to be synchronized when you configured the handheld. Because synchronization of calendar data not available with Cortado Standard, you must disable this option. To do so, open ActiveSync, select ADD SERVER SOURCE in the menu, and click NEXT to go to the place where you can select the data that is to be synchronized. Disable the control box next to CALENDAR and confirm the change with FINISH. .
