After I click the login button on the GrizMail web page, I don have an option to select Basic or Premium. Why not?

The reason why you dont have client options is because the browser you are using does not support OWA Premium, only OWA Basic. You must have an Internet Explorer browser or a browser that runs in IE mode in order for OWA Premium to work on your computer.
