After entering what I thought was a valid Passcode from my SecurID Card, I get the message, “Enter Next Cardcode.” Why?

This message occurs when you have entered three or more consecutive invalid passcodes. The proper response procedure to the “Enter Next Cardcode” message is described in the document SecurID PinPad Card Frequently Asked Questions. NOTE: If you enter 10 or more consecutive invalid passcodes, your SecurID Card will be disabled. If that happens, you must contact your “home” site User Services.
