After converting coverage annotation, the text size isn the same. Why is that?
In order for the annotation to scale correctly, you need to make sure that you specify an appropriate reference scale and map units in ArcCatalog when creating the target annotation feature class. The map’s scale should be set equal to the intended output or viewing scale. For example, if the reference scale is set to 1:10 000, the annotation will scale two times (grow 200%) when displayed at 1:5000.
