After connecting the device to TV and switching it on; why is the screen not displayed properly?
• A possible reason is that the video setting of the device is not correct and causing the screen not working properly. To reset the setting, please press and hold the FF (>>) key while pressing the MENU key to switch the setting in sequence (switch to next setting by pressing MENU key each time). When the screen is working properly again, please set the video output setting to the highest resolution supported by the TV. Please refer to the user manual for how to configure Video Setup. • When playing DVD files and selecting audio to DTS, there is no sound. • DTS is not supported by HV355T/HV356T/MH720/HV675, please choose AC3 (Dolby Digital) audio instead. • When playing a DVD movie, I can not play the main movie • There are different DVD formats; some DVDs are using special formats and the IFO file can not be processedcorrectly.
