When searching and you are not getting the results you wish, try putting in less information. For example, when I put in just “Hutcheson” in the name field instead of “Hutcheson, Charles”, several Hutcheson’s we’re returned. If the county does not record your name with a “comma” (Hutcheson, Charles) or (Hutcheson Charles), then do not put one in your searches. When searching by address, the courthouse recorded an address as “Sharp Rd” instead of “Sharp Road”. I just put in “Sharp” without “Road” and without a house number and started my search from there.
