check this side out the see the pay you will get. http://www.dfas.mil/militarypay/military… the max you will be after ait is e3 (pfc).you will get your e4 (spc) when ever your command things you are ready for it or after 2 years.most people get out of ait as e2 (pv2) and some as e3 (pfc).hope this helps.
