You may have selected targeted values for your white point, gamma and luminance that are not reproducible on your monitor. We recommend repeating the monitor calibration and profiling using “native” settings. Then review the calibration summary and see what kind of value your monitor is reflecting. You may want to adjust the calibration target values in HP APS accordingly before running your next monitor calibration.
