View Transcript No, once a particular consumer has received the 7 percent discount for 2 months, they can only receive that 1 time in a lifetime. And so the 7 percent discount is registered to that meter number and regardless of what ESCO or if they go back to ConEd they will never receive that 7 percent for 2 months ever again.
