After activating and licensing my TriDef software, why do I receive a message “The TriDef licenses on this machine do not allow playback on the selected 3-D Display”?
This is because the display currently selected in the TriDef Control Panel is not supported by the license you have installed. Please ensure you have selected the correct 3-D Display. You can verify this using the TriDef Control Panel: Start -> All Programs -> DDD -> TriDefControl Panel Please ensure you have selected the correct “Current 3-D Display” Manufacturer from the drop-down list, then press the “Apply” and “OK” buttons. The message should now not appear when you restart your TriDef applications.
