After about an hour or so of using Payline, I get taken out of the screen with a timeout error. Why is that?

Payline works with Cookies and the default time-out period is limited to an hour, so you need to log back on if you wish to use it further. If you are a call centre you can contact DPS and ask them to set this for a longer period of time.
