After a painter joins the arrangement is there any ongoing screening process?
Yes. We request the painters to provide us with proof that their insurance and licences are renewed and kept current. We request all clients to give us ongoing feedback. If any minor problems occur, e.g. lack of reliability, poor quoting presentation, etc, then we discuss these matters with the painters immediately to encourage them to rectify. If any major issues arise such as poor quality workmanship or damage we request written reports from the client, also the painter involved, and depending on these reports a decision will be made by The Painting Broker as to whether the painter will continue to be referred.
