To support the gas exchange, most cultivation vessel lids have little bases to receive a gap between the lid and the vessel. Through this gap not only gases are exchanged but also water can evaporate. To reduce the evaporation rate, two principles can be used: 1. Increase of the relative humidity of the environment with our Humidifier System or the Humidifier (2) and (3). 2. Decrease of the evaporation from the cultivation vessel without disturbing the gas exchange with our Foil Covers.
