After a contest is over, can I see the testcases and the solutions? Can I get a copy of the code I submitted during the contest?

Yes and yes. After a contest is over, the problem statements, the testcases, and the solutions will be posted on the BU ACM chapter webpage. All of the code that was submitted during the contest will also be posted.
