affect Road Dogg when he uses his ability?
Yes. In fact, Let’s Make Some Noise has been errated (see below) to allow it to trigger anytime Road Dogg discards a card, for whatever reason. So, when Road Dogg uses his ability, Let’s Make Some Noise will trigger. If he discards to a Half Hour Suplex, his ability will trigger, etc. This is opposite of Edge & Christian’s Superstar ability which only triggers when they must discard a card.
