If you are paying for your advert using the on-linepayment system, as soon as you press the “Submit” button on the advertising input page, you advertisement is live on buy to let 4 sale. If you are opting to pay for your advertisement by cheque, your advert will be held in a hold for payment system until we have received and cleared your cheque.
