This could happen if the ad blocker is not enabled. It could also be because ad servers and web pages update their content regularly to avoid being blocked by ad blockers. If you use Internet Explorer, you can block an ad by right-clicking on the ad, and selecting Block Ad with PCguard. This will block the ad when you click on the Refresh button on your browser. To block all ads from a particular source or ad server, you can do the following: 1. In Internet Explorer, right-click the ad and select Properties. 2. Highlight and copy the Address (URL). Note: Be careful not to enter the name of the site. For example, if you enter abcd.com, then this site will appear blank. You must enter abcd.com/adserver. Only enter known ad providers. 3. In PCguard, click Pop-Up Blocker, and then click Preferences under enable Ad Blocker. 4. Click New, and paste the URL into the Domain field. 5. Type a brief description of the new site in the Description text area. 6. Click OK.
